PAYMENTS

  • 100% payment after I accept your commission

  • Until the full payment is not completed, you will not receive the full resolution files nor the rights to use it in any way.

  • If you fail to complete the payment plan and drop your purchase, no money will be refund.

REVISIONS

  • Any revisions can be made during the sketching.

  • Minor revisions can be made after rendering phase.

  • No revisions after it's finished. So check it carefully!

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY

  • Work completion typically ranges from 5 - 15 days once the work is started, depending on the project and current queue. Please let me know if your commission has a specific deadline.

  • The timeline is influenced by the commission type, complexity, and workload.

  • I will send a full resolution in PNG format.

USE

  • I can upload the cropped and resized finished art to my social media.

  • If you upload the commission to your social media platforms, please proper credit to me as the artist (you can tag my Twitter/X @singyi_i).

  • You can request a certain timeframe for the commission to be uploaded to my socials.

REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

  • Requesting a cancellation is only allowed if you haven’t paid the invoice yet and if I couldn’t work on your commission due to unforeseeable reasons.

  • Any cancellations and refunds in between commission progresses won't be accepted.

  • Chargebacks without any reason or due to irresponsible buying will result in being blacklisted

  • The percentage of the refund will depend on the progress of the commission done.

  • 100% of the payment will be refunded if no progress is done yet

  • 75% if it’s during the sketch stage

  • 50% if it’s the lineart stage

  • 25% if it’s during the coloring stage
